We are seeking an experienced and dependable Chiropractic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy, patient-focused chiropractic practice in Center City Philadelphia. Our practice serves approximately 200–250 patients per week and specializes in chronic neck and back pain, personal injury, performance and sports care, headaches, and advanced treatment technology. This is an opportunity for an organized, confident professional who enjoys working with people and can independently manage day-to-day office operations

Compensation and Benefits

61,000–70,000 annual salary plus benefits and performance bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice
  • Manage daily office operations and support patient flow

  • Address routine operational issues and ensure responsibilities are completed accurately
  • Communicate with patients regarding fees, payments, and insurance-related matters
  • Identify problems, make appropriate decisions, and resolve issues independently
